Veco Scout build
This has been quite a project. I estimate 30 hours were spent on the plan and cutting file layout for my version of the scout. Like the bipe I am inclined to build one just to make sure things are correct and fit together. There have been many redraw and changes but been very happy with the build and hope to "git er dun" sooner than later. I ended up sheeting the top of the fuse rather than some other covering. Will bee running an .049 medalion.
trying to decide what to cover the wing with.....
Here are a few pics. I will post the plan for anyone interested and will figure out the cost of a kit some time soon. Just not enough time in the day....

Roger,
If it hasn't been said then I want to be the first to thank you for helping us all out here on CEF.
You are offering a wonderful service to our little community and I for one can't thank you enough. I realize how much of your free time this must take up to complete these kits.
That said, if there ever comes a time when this is overwhelming then don't feel bad if you need to take a break.
Greenie for you!
Ron

Re: Veco Scout build
Should be a floater with the cox engine.
I found this completed version on the net 2006 / as I understand it was built from a vintage kit.
Could make a good RC 4ch sport/stunt plane too just add some ailerons and keep the big horizontal stab
for aggressive loop patterns.
