Tiger Moth? Escapement?

Tiger Moth? Escapement?
I love Bipes and challenges, but this one may be a bit over the top.
While searching for Enya engines I came across this several days ago advertized for $14. I made my usual one time bid and despite being snipped at the 4 second mark I "won" it for $23.00.
The Enya .09 looks like it buried itself in soft sand and the airplane itself is a mess but that's just fine with me. I thought it a Tiger Moth model, but a google search says different. I think it's a popular model but I can't place it. Anyone recognize this profile?

It looks like it has the remains of an old two channel escapement system installed.

I would like to find the rest of the radio system and rebuild it, but nothing on ebay shows up. Years ago I did have a complete escapement system but foolishly sold it.

I don't think its a tiger moth , the lower wing is to small compared to the top , those system parts pop up ever now and then on the bay , I think Kim and George in NM are playing with those type systems ?/ Hows the engine ? getback

I still have a 1960's Futaba 2 channel escapement I bought for my dad when I was in Japan in the late 1960's. It worked last time I hooked it up. It was for a 30 inch boat he bought and an Enya .19 water cooled engine I have since removed the .19 because it was way too big for a 30 inch cabin cruiser so I put a small .05 electric motor in it and hope to finish it. I glassed the bottom where the vermin were eating away at it when my dad left it in the attic for a few years.
Anyway if you are interested in the Futaba radio PM me. I am not a collector/antique model builder, I just kept it because it was my dads and I wanted to see it go to good use someday.
Happierdad and still retired.

Hi Eric, Yes, I hope they see this and have an idea as I have no clue.
I thought it might be an "Air Camper" Pietenpol as it was a popular R/C kit back when. It resembles the Pietenpol but that's a parasol wing and this is a biplane.
It does look like a Tiger Moth, I even reviewed the movie "The Kings Speech" as one appears in that, but the profile is different.
PM sent Happydad....

Thanks for those pictures Eric. I have looked at so many old biplanes lately looking for that model that my eyes hurt. I would have guessed that someone here would have nailed it by now.
What's distinctive is the cut of the cockpit opening. I know I have seen it someplace before.
Ha! about the ex GF stepping on your wing. My wife actually did it on purpose once, seems I was spending more time with my airplanes that I was with her. She was right. That was at about the ten year mark, the marriage lasted another 48 wonderful years.
