Thanks. I estimate a TD049 with its 80W power would drive it at about 77mph.

Thanks to Joseph for posting my picture from the Voodoo with the Tee Dee 010.
It is possible to fly it, but it is absolutely no rocket. With one tank of fuel you can get a hihgt of 100 m.
And you have to pull the flaps down for start and for better winning hihgt.
And the Voodoo is very easy too clean up...
For me it is a very funny projekt!!!
I have several voodoos.
wight of Tee Dee 010 Voodoo 230 g with ca. 23 Watt
wight of hardest electric Voodoo 600 g with 650 Watt
You can fly Voodoos in an wide Range of engines!

Great! I think Voodoo comes only in one size with some 830mm wingspan? At least this is what I saw on the website of Höllein/Germany?

Re: *Cox Engine of The Month* Submit your pictures! -February 2016-
Thank you guys, I promise to post a nice first person video in brilliant
16:9 / 1920x1080p HD / 60fps wide screen up close passes and throttled flyby's.
I scratch build everything, my motto is if you can see it you can build it.
Baring time, money and willingness to create it of course. In the case of
the wee little Quickie .010 I wanted to find another acceptable use for the
mighty throttled .010. All high revving little micro screamers deserve some use.
I use a small pill container in the case of the one shown use a 1/2A rubber stopper
save the lid and remove the its top deck to allow the brass feeder tubes to poke out.
The fuel tank shown will hold 70% in comparison to a standard 1oz tank. I want plenty
of run time target duration 9-10 mins without the weight of a 1oz tank.
The larger tank is for upgrading with a TD .020 at some point run time then will
drop to about 6mins tops with speeds exceeding 65 mph with a 3.75x3
The TD .010 with a 3x2 prop will nudge up to 50+ mph. I hate short flights such a
drag, anything under 3 mins for RC bites just not enough time to settle in and enjoy.
You can not load the TD .010 engine down as it will stress the con rod and ball socket
nor use a big plane as when it noses in the ground (at some point they all crash) you
may damage it do to mass weight. A fragile small out of production costly engine should
only be on low weight small framed planes. In this case the Quickie .010 was born from
posts on this thread. It can tumble into the grass with no harm as a feather weight it
will give you hours of high rpm thrills even more so being throttled sounding bit like
a formula 1 racer when braaaping the throttle per the posted vid on the first page.
