Pat Johnston Ring Master 526 for a Horrizon Evo .36
The Pat J Ringmaster 526 SX-1 (new version) arrived and I am super impressed with the laser cutting, completeness, and contest wood selection...the RM Gold kit was very good but this kit is even better.
Pat even pre cut the 1/2" foam fuselage fillers, totally not necessary as a sheet of 1/2 foam could easily be cut to the fuselage cut out shapes in less than 2 minuets
I have never built a wing on a rod jig before so I got Pat's version of a wing jig and am much looking forward to setting it up to help me with ribblet positioning and alignment
I have too many projects right now so decided to build this RM late Fall through the low humidity early winter down here
This is a very well done bit of RM kit...
Now if I could just find a better way to taper/thin/airfoil a RM elliptical elevator
hints or how to ideas would be great...yes I searched
any hints on how to attach a PDF also

Lucky you!
Pat wouldn't cut me a full RM 576 kit he only cut me ribs and sent the plans. He also wouldn't fly with me when I was in his neck of the woods.
