Re: Wanted Anderson Spitfire .65
I recognize that fellow on the left, that's me. Unfortunately Jose, we don't have another for sale. I have come across them though over the past year and I keep thinking do I really want to do this. My son really wants us to use one. I have a lot of older vintage engines that we have a lot of fun flying them. Ken

The answer to that question is why the hell not?
Rarity? Parts availability?

Hello Ken and Cribbs.
I use engines to enjoy flying, but also I do it for the pleasure of restoring them and keep alive and running these vintage engines.

The Spitfire 65 is easy to find on eBay, repro engines were made into the 70s by three different engine builders. Finding a original Anderson 65 might be hard, many claim to be but are repro.

Re: Wanted Anderson Spitfire .65
Most of the engines that were reproduced were done by Woody Bartlett. Amazing quality and equal to if not more than some of the originals. Here's Woody's site. http://www.woodysengines.com/ Ken
