Help! Re: Select Hobbies.

Post  rhyslegge Mon Jan 01, 2018 8:54 am

I requested info for a cylinder/piston/rod assy. for a .020 from Select Hobbies, also a Skydrill kit. I heard back from Steve a day later, he confirmed that he does have the .020 parts in stock! Unfortunately for him he has the flu and isn't allowed into the shop, so give him a little time to recover. Still can't believe he has them!

Just thought I would follow up, ordered a Skydrill kit from Select Hobbies, and very happy to report the kit and plans are of excellent quality, laser cut! Also, he had the TD .020 cylinder assembly in stock, brand new. Will definitely be ordering from Steve again.

That was definitely one of the vids that sold me on the Skydrill, looks like a mini-Kaos!

It's probably the overall best flying 1/2A plane I've had.
