I was in a Walmart store a few months ago and saw a similar display of Testors paints in serious disrepair. I thought about seeing the manager for a possible buy of everything including the rack.
Didn't but should have. Next time I went it was gone.
I did manage to buy the last tubes of the old formula Ambroid cement along with the display at a hobby shop though. Think I sent one tube to Eric.
