Its a service provided by a third party.
You have the seller ship to this third party here in the states and then that third party will ship to you in Oz.
It's not a free service, but usually reasonably priced.
Try googling "mail forwarding usa"

My eBay seller act. is set so someone outside my shipping area can't bid or contact me, don't know if they can see the listing.
Overseas shipping to me means long lines at PO, filling out customs forms, slow shipping with no tracking and buyers that blame me for their countries import tax.
Just not worth it. I thought eBays Global Shipping Program was the answer but we all know how that turned out.

Fred, thanks ever so much for helping out our new member. I know of and have jumped in on StuntHanger, those other ones other than CEF, were sorta new to me, too. The one I couldn’t locate with a airplane or hobby connection was Bartons, unless you were referring to your traditional afternoon whiskey ball?
