Thank you Levent and Brad, and thanks to everyone who voted for my picture this month!!! Great pictures in the competition this time around too..The fact that I won this month with the pic of the engine that is also the prize of the EOM competition just underlines that it really is worth fighting for this beautiful prize, so all, hurry up and submit more pics in the following months!!
I am flabbergasted by the many good things happening to me in a single day today (refer to my post on the Gift to a loner from the Lone Star State...I wonder what I did differently these days than before?? )

Congrats Andras! Very well deserved win. Have you already flown that configuration? Curious about the performance and throttle response

Thanks Kari ... here is a vid, but still with a TeeDee in the nose...
when I swapped the TD with the Lynx later I had a stock HC head on and the idle was not satisfactory but the full gas flight was almost as speedy as with the TD..I will try the Lynx with the hot Nelson plug first thing when the weather allows..

Congratulations András !! ... it is the first time that I see this engine applied to a model with those characteristics and fence that takes it as a rocket !! ... very very good!
It is a pleasure to enjoy the videos!
Thanks for sharing them with all of us!

Dave, Mauricio,
thank you for the kind words. This Lynx is really a good fit for the VooDoo...I will re-swap it with a TD051 in the Spring though, knowing, however, the brute force of the TD excites some vibrations inside the plane - probably the long elevator pushrod resonates, which I have already wrapped in foam inside the fuse aft section - that can kill the servo and may paralyze my control over the plane.

Re: **VOTE-ON-THE-NEXT-COX-ENGINE-OF-THE-MONTH** (February 2019)
Thank you Marleysky..the strange throttle pushrod Z connection to the throttle arm is because when I hang the TD on the nose instead of the Lynx I use the same rod leadout - through a hole drilled into the firewall - to its throttle connection on the engine's right side..so I did not want to shorten the rod but attached a Z shape interconnection piece which is also flexible to follow the quarter- circle movement of the Lynx throttle arm..I call it wasteful but happy engineering..
