NZ Airshow Empty NZ Airshow

I've been keeping an eye on the progress of this upcoming airshow in New Zealand.  Hopefully this link will get you to the right place.  If you see some really amazing aerial footage of a Ryan doing its thing, you're in the right place.

Incredible camera work.

Now, I'm just a simple homebody, having never travelled outside of Aus, but boy this show is tempting!  Just a quick hop over the ditch.  Better start organizing my passport. Flying

Beautiful Rod, the Ryan Trainer, a special favorite.  I'd make the trip to see it alone.  "Barely escaped capture by the Japanese in WW2."  I would love to know the complete history of it.

We have one coming up in June in Pennsylvania.  Thinking of doing it with my kids.  Bet Ken will be there too.

Checkout the P-61B recovery and restoration story. Unbelievable.

Bob, I've watched the restoration over the past 25 years. I've attended the museum since it's existence. The Black Widow has been on it's mains with tail booms attached for the past few years. While attending about 15 years ago I met the co pilot of the B-29 Boxscar. I also met the first pilot to down a ME- 262 from a P-51. My son and I were walking by a B-25 and the mechanic whistles to us and says you look like two strong young men, come over here. I hop up the ladder and my son hauls up the containers and we assisted in adding oil.
