Electric Motors

Anyone interested in some electric motors to toy with? I'm not sure exactly how many there are but look to be a bunch from my recent estate buy. If anybody is interested, let me know. If there are multiple people interested I can split what I have. Only looking to charge shipping costs, nothing for the motors /accessories.

Don’t want to say “no” till I see ‘em! Are they the old style canned motor or the newer outrunner brushless?? Hmm?

Probably the old can (brushed) motors.
Getting tough to get speed controllers for the old can motors.
They probably are like speed 400, 600 and maybe 800 size motors?
If you have some old power tools that need a motor you could get a replacement?
Replaced the can motor in my old Black & Decker cordless screwdriver (6 volt) couple of years ago.
The screwdriver is over 20 years old --- still made too!
It was a real high powered screwdriver back in the 1990!
The price is about the same as what I originally paid for it back in the 1990's.

They look like common "Mabuchi" toy type motors. It would depend on the voltage. I think they can vary from 1.5 volt ones through to 12 volt ones. I have a couple of dozen of them but they're all 12 volt. Every electric car door mirror has two of them, so I tend to remove the motor before binning the broken mirror.
