A Strange Theory? Empty A Strange Theory?

If top of a tapered cylinder exaggerates when is hot, then the top of a non tapered cylinder also exaggerates when it is hot? Does it become a negative tapered cylinder? For example a non tapered Cox cylinder becomes a negative tapered cylinder?

Of course, it can't happen any other way. The taper is minuscule, but it's the smallest details which make a perfect ringless piston liner set really sing.
