Did your dad have a motorcycle?
The brass looking object looks to be a carb jet from a motorcycle?
Not sure what the other "two" items are?
And you have "one" O-ring ---- where it goes, who knows (your dad does).
Seems your dad was like my dad.
Left stuff behind for me to figure out where it goes.
Also, my dad put things away that I needed and couldn't find it until a few years later after I purchased a replacement.

those are not for cox - that I know of
If I had to guess? the nozzle is part of a smoke system for another RC setup, with the smaller gaskets being to seal off the tank.

Sure looks like pieces of an air conditioner conversion.
The o-ring appears to be that "refrigerant safe" green. The brass part looks like an older refrigeran service port/valve core.
