icon tx with speed control
what is the voltage output range from the icon reciever? how large of a motor can I use with it?

It'll be around 7 volts depending on your battery of course. The speed controller is, AFAIK, rated at 5 amps.

The ICON RX uses this battery:

The matching servos are these:

Voltage to the RX is reduced to 4.8v; whereas the motor receives the full 7.2v. The ESC can handle a 5 Amp (brushed) motor. More TX/RX specs are here:

Pity we can't use these R/C units in the UK (Illegal frequency) be a nice cheap way into R/C for a lot of people

We ship lots of them to the UK and other European contries.
