Flow control

Flow control
Can we please remove the flow control "feature" removed, at least as it relates to us? It is a bit annoying having to wait 6 minutes to reply to posts.
Re: Flow control
Each time I lowered it back to a minute, the spammers happen to come back and go to town. It should be at 3 minutes right now, not 6.
I'll lower it back to a minute...

I understand why the control is there but, when I answer posts in the morning and have to reply to multiples, I like to do this in sequence, rather than aborting and continuing with intervals. Daily workflow
Re: Flow control
If the forum software lacks the poster preference selectivity suggested by Bernie, perhaps try a compromise, say 120 sec. (2 min.) or 150 sec. (2.5 min.)? When the trolls went to town, all I saw in the Latest Topics list were their troll posts, until you removed them, Jacob.
I don't know if it is possible based on unique "key words" they use, the forum software forward these to moderators/admin for approval first before being posted?

Re: Flow control
The Spammers sure have our number. It seems like they pick up on a member or two here.
But, some good comes of it. It forces me to read and re-read my posts before hitting send correcting errors. My inherited spastic nature occassionally causes me to draag my aaaaa's among other things. Ifi didddn't myteext would loook something likee thiss.....

The blue pills are not really for birth control... the opposite actually. Man, they had you fooled ...

Re: Flow control
I do miss the blue pills, a while back both Cox International and Ex Model Engines had blue anodized and blue powder coated Cox crankcases, prop thrust plates, tanks and I think glow plug heads.
Those were real eye candy.
