I believe some of the product engine back plates had them. I'm not 100% sure.

No, KB backplate has regular threads; we sell those as well as the KB needles and other KB parts.

Some product backplates had them. The only one I know for sure was the black plastic Cox Stuka with a red postage stamp backplate. I had two of them and both had 128tpi needles. I think there are others.
