Li'l Satan CG
When I originally balanced the Satan. I went with 1/3 of the chord as my CG point. Obviously that ain't it. The brodak plans show nothing
Anybody know where it's supposed to be?

Halfway between a third and a quarter at the cord is usually
A good starting point Ron.
With R/c the main spar is usually it or VV close.
I've got a proper calculator
Tucked. Away somewhere I'll see if I can find it.

By that standard John I should have been fine. I wish you could have seen that puppy flip. Talk about some tight loops it didn't even go forward. Something wasn't jiving that's for sure.

Mine is 7/8" from the LE too. That is forward of 33.3% or 25% chord. It's no wonder it flipped. Even balanced correctly, if you launch with full up it'll flip.cribbs74 wrote:John Goddard wrote:Halfway between a third and a quarter at the cord is usually
