Great! The more Cox items we can get reproduced, the better!
Huh?
I clicked on the link...the quantity states "Out of stock". Do you still have them?
Thanks!

Re: Cox .09 Piston/conrod reset tool now available
Allen,
When we listed them, the shipment was on the way to us and expected to arrive a couple of days later. However, they were returned to shipper, allegedly by Customs because of a missing phone #.
Rather than sell something we can't deliver right away, we took down the listing.
They were re-shipped a few days ago and should be in stock next week, after which we will add them back to stock.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

ekitten2, everything I've read says the .09 reset tool will work on the .074 piston.ekitten2 wrote:will these suite a Queen Bee (.74) as well?

I'm betting on it, since I ordered one and should have it in a week or two.
I have a QB that has never been run and the ball socket is sloppy as hell.
I'll post my results.

I will measure 074 and 09 pistons on Monday and post results here.
Re: Cox .09 Piston/conrod reset tool now available
I've used an OEM Cox 09 reset tool on my QB and it seemed to work fine.

Re: Cox .09 Piston/conrod reset tool now available
The 074 piston is of smaller diameter and the conrod ball definitely much smaller. However, since the joint it gets presssed into is about the same size as the 09 one (i.e. has more wall thickness), the tool will likely work. However, I would recommend wrapping some tape arount the piston so as to make it thicker and centre better in the 09 reset tool.
