Newbie tip: The difference between a "seized" and a "frozen" engine
A "seized" engine is one that has "locked up" while operation usually due to overheating and/or lack of lubrication usually causeing internal parts damage often requireing parts replacement.
A "frozen" is one that has "locked up" overtime in storage even if NIB due to congealed lubricants rather than parts damage. Frozen engines are best freed using solvents and mild heat.
