Micro Hosc engine build
Hey, Im building yet another engine in my class, It is called the Micro Hosc. It is a TINY air powered model engine
We dont have the tooling small enough to make this model so I had to go out and buy all the tooling for this model on my own
I got most of the tools in the mail today but I am waiting on some other drill bits to arrive which should be here tomorrow or saturday
Here are two #80 drill bits, they make a whole that is .013 and 5/10s of an inch in diameter
Here are two of the endmill's needed, they are 1/8'' in diameter and the other one is .032'' in diameter
1/8''
here is the other shown with a tiny boring bar that bores out a hole with a minimum diameter of .032''
0-80 tap
and here are the parts i have so far
shown is the air fitting which needs drilled through the center and threaded 0-80 at the base, one part of the crank shaft and the flywheel which is .250'' of 1/4 of an inch in diameter

here is what the finished engine looks like, Pics are from a fellow by the name Steve. The engine I am making is shown sitting on a dime, it is the one in the center between the larger engines
