Don't know if it's a runner... You can see if you study the photo; that it "is" real... because you can see the reflection of the person's "finger" on the tank... and also the reflection of the photographer.

I'd hate to think that there weren't any "innards"... Crying or Very sad  What would the point be?

OK... not sure if this "Stunt-hangar" thread is for "this" engine... (can't remember where I got the pic...) but someone in Germany ("Berkhard Hapke") built a Babe Bee to the tune of 1.39 cu. in. with a 4 oz. tank, weighing just under 3 lbs. It was reported to be too loud for practical model use! Affraid or WOW!
