There are several people who would rather deal with disused parts from other people, instead of buying new parts. I get the "recycle, reduce, reuse" part of that mentality...

Thanks Phil ; I have been looking for the correct way to take apart and reassemble the medallion and cat find it I know or think I have seen this somewere but I cant find it ... I am wanting to drill out the pressure port . If you can help I think you in advance I ll keep looking

The original instructions are here.
I have taken a couple TeeDee's apart by using a cox wrench on the collet to push the drive plate off. Use a stud and spinner with a prop to reassemble being careful to fit the drive plate into the original splines.
If it doesn't go easily, STOP. Soak in some kind of lubricant (fuel?) to penetrate. Maybe use some heat from a blow dryer if it is clean and lubricated (Make sure no fuel is present!) and heat the drive plate without heating the rest of the engine.
