2-Slit exhaust on a Black Widow?
I have several Black Widows with 2-Slit Sure-Start type exhaust ports. Are these the right cylinders?
Re: 2-Slit exhaust on a Black Widow?
Its correct for a late 70s early 80s Black Widow as long as the porting is correct. It should be a twin bypass with 1 boost port on each bypass, top fin milled and no SPI.

Exactly the same cylinder as Surestart ?? Compare to No. 1 SPI cylinder, which one is more powerful ?

The early twin slit cylinders did not have the extra boost port milled like the later sure start cylinders.

I'm thinking my cylinder list needs to be revised, its all info I got from others years ago. https://www.coxengineforum.com/h23-cylinder-identification If anyone who has known original engines wants to help go over the list, that would be great. I see the non .049 engine cylinders haven't yet been completed.
