Plans for building
There seems to be a lot of interest here in the Guillows-sized kits, if anyone fancies scratch-building this sort of model can I point you towards...

This is the RC Groups Old-Timers plans thread, so far it has almost reached 500 pages, with literally thousands of plans in fullsize .pdf format free to download, all the classic plans are there, including hundreds of small "Stick & Tissue" scale models of Guillows type.
I have obtained plans there which I haven't seen for 40 years or more, helping to recapture my long lost youth!

If should be of note that Guillows host a Guillows Builder forum decedicate to Guillows planes and their construction.
Note also that Guillow's planes are available in several series with planes like the P-51 Mustang and Supermarine Spitfire available in different sizes. (Ron Cribbs and I are building two different sized Guillows Spit's for example: 16 and 28" span.)
