Wanted WTB chin piece for Cox Chipmunk

Post  Paul-e Fri Apr 04, 2014 12:14 am

I bought a lightly used Cox Chipmunk a while back, advertised as complete, but it is missing the body part that goes under the nose so I am calling it the chin-piece.  I believe it is held on with rubber bands and then it holds the motor and fuel tank in place up inside the nose.  It doesn't even have to be pretty, I want to fly the plane not collect or sell it.  PayPal ready.  Let me know if anyone has one they wouldn't mind selling.

If all goes well there is a photo attached.  The chin-piece I am seeking is in the bottom right of the photo.

Stupid image utility.  And I'm just far enough away from wifi that I can't see the FAQ/tutorial images...   Mad

Finally. Just coded it in good old-fashioned plain simple HTML and it worked. Yikes.

HTML and BBcode can be used in these forum. Once you figure out how to post an image, it will become second nature.
