I m new to the post I just bought a 1960'S / 1970'S SEABEE SKI BOAT from an auction it is brand new in the box all the small parts are in the original plastic sealed bag the only thing missing is the owner's instruction manual, if anyone has one they would like to sell or even make copies of the original and sell the copies I really would be interested because I really don't know where to start with this beautiful vintage boat thanking everyone in advance ,Mike oh yeah if anyone can also educate me on what year this boat was actually made I would really apprecate it.

Hi Mike, Congratulations on scoring a SeaBee!!! It's a Cox model that I'd love to have! I don't have a manual.. but I "do" have a photo of the cover page, which has some important notes on it's operation. Most importantly.. make sure; if running the engine.. that you use the proper fuel-blend for Cox engines. "Sig Champion 25" for 1/2A engines would be a good fuel to use.. and "Sig Manufacturing Company" has it available in 8oz. bottles.

Note that the instructions warn against running the engine at high speeds "out of the water".
