Anyway, let me borrow this thread just a little, I want to thank Mark B for identifying my engine. And about the needles, I have a Stuka engine (I think) with a narrow nose case with no groove for the starter spring, with a yellow needle, so I suppose the yellow needles are from the early ’60s?

It's fine really. At least the conversation is about a similar engine as the one planned for my airplane.
