Looks like a top end of a Cox Kyosho/ RC type car, bolted to a product engine case.

Well, I am not really an authority on RC car stuff, though I imagine to some it would be worth something in parts.

The single fin glow plug (rare) and heatsink were used on the GTP, Stocker and Indy 1:12th scale cars. The exhaust collector is something I have not seen before. Possible Kyosho part.
