Cox model trains?
Hello all!
Did Cox also made model trains? Just saw this picture:
Does someone know something about them?
Thank you!

Re: Cox model trains?
Yes they did, from the 70's- 80's. I bought one sometime around 1987-1988. They are about the same quality as the Tyco items of that time. They do not have a great collector appeal. I still have the one I bought new, and it works even after years of abuse. I also have the army train cars as well.

Hub hobby still has some, the want an arm and a leg for them as they are "NIP COLLECTOR VINTAGE!" you can even see on the packages where the price stickers were stacked on as the price went up. I'll annoy the staff there next time as I go through and take 100s of pictures.

How much cox stuff do they have there?
Planes all over the ceiling, some train crap, a few planes in the display case, a surestart and a bunch of cox wrench kits (a chicken stick, piece of fuel tubing and 2 wrenches)
