I printed it out of PETG which has a higher glass transition than PLA. PETG is also fairly chemical resistant. For the wire I wrapped 3 loops of 24 awg tin coated hookup wire for each loop starting at the one furthest from the jack post protrusion. 22 AWG will work too but I had a spool of 24 on hand. Too thick of wire and the batteries will be difficult to install.
I used break away supports for the print to help with the jack post protrusions. It took about 3 hours to print.
The knobs I used above in the link didn't work very well as the M3 nuts fell right out. I may try this instead: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2177455

Thanks. Would love to try this in nylon, but all that I have must go into the oven to remove moisture lol. I tried to print a 8cc plastic tank when fooling around with the STL, but didn't get the settings right and haven't had time to go back and mess around.

Darn that looks good. Wish I had me a 3d printer. Would be fun to play with it looks.

I have printed with nylon and I know the pain to keeping it dry. I was looking at a Printdry filament dryer just for nylon. They sell on Amazon. Its basically a modified food dehydrator. I think it would work to maintain a certain level of dryness but not actually dry wet filament where hotter temps in an oven are required.
I print nylon at 280C with 110C bed temp direct on a piece of Garolite. It sticks to this pretty good. With the thin walls of this design it would be prone to warping and splitting.
