Wanted Two TD .049 piston and cylinders
I went through my stash and have two with bogus parts. These will be used in FF contest models. I would like to find two #4 matched sets. I have a few Holland Hornet cases and some small parts or $$. I know vendors sell new parts but heard they are not as good as Cox items. Mainly no taper on P/L.
Thank you,Dan

I don't have any to sell to you myself but I just saw these on eBay the other day.

Thank you, I took a look and they look ok. I need to ask my friend who flew Quikee 200 years ago and used Kirn Kraft TD .049's. He said he had a few extras from that time. These were made when Cox were Cox. No Dynamic or estes. Early TD's ran great right out of the box and short breakin.
Dan
Amazing these were made for decades and sold millions of TD's. Once engine is no longer made all parts dry up. Then you see when somebody gets a cart full of mismatched parts and doesn't have a clue what they are. Oh well, I will keep looking and never know what will turn up.
