My Latest Jigger

My Latest Jigger
This is my latest quick and dirty fun build and hopefully fly Jigger. I built is based on the Delta plans https://outerzone.co.uk/plan_details.asp?ID=11564 But obviously mine is a bit custom Lol.
I reckon is should 'own' 42 foot lines. be interesting to see what it can do. Whatever it can do I reckon it will do reasonably fast. Wingspan is only 12 inches. Incredibly light and a really good 049 TD on it.

I like it! It's cool. Kinda like an arrow head. Look forward to flight report. Looks fast.

Re: My Latest Jigger
Thanks everyone for the positive comments! :-) Its not a shine and show jigger as always with my builds. Not my thing, but I love looking and admiring the high quality shine and show stuff others have the skills to build.
The red stuff around the needle is a rubber band. I close the needle all the way then wrap a small rubber band around the needle and the leaf spring and it makes the needle nice and firm so as that it doesnt move with vibration which drives me mental, and I also find, for me anyway, it makes it easy to tune the needle when its running. I know tubing does that also and I do that on my surestarts with the grey backplate, but I find so far this NVB and needle do not leak. :-)
I will see if we can get some video up, assuming it flies. I will have to work out how to quite go about that. I work on very highly classified defence programs and there are constraints on me in respect to websites and platforms etc. I can use or be a member of. But maybe we can get some pictures of it in the air before it impacts the ground. Lol.
Its ready to go but the weather here has been shocking!!! But I have a feeling next weekend its going to be flown regardless of the wind. I dont mind flying in really windy weather as I believe it helps hone your skills, but today is actually gale warnings type weather and not just really windy. I often fly when its too rough and windy to get my boat out, so next weekend I reckon there should be a report :-) however it ends up, and some photos however it ends up. Lol. I have a very bad habit of crashing new to me built planes on their second flight. Thats the flight where I always go wingover, inside loop, outside loop, half lap inverted and back again, then try a figure 8 and other things I cant do. And I suspect it is going to be very fast
