Patience Grasshopper..........
When this Wen Mac P-26 Peashooter showed up NIB on ebay at a starting bid of $500.00 I said it would never sell. It didn't. Ran two more weeks with no bids. Then the seller dropped the starting bid to $300.00, two more weeks with no bids but 14 watchers. Finally, the seller just took it off ebay.
$300 is a great price for one of these NIB with all the goodies, but I already have seven, or is it eight and not exactly my cup of tea as it's in perfect condition. I'm more of a trash man when it comes to these picking up examples that need a lot of work.
But, it is the top of the line model with a throttled engine so why not contact him and offer a low ball price BIN if he would relist it. He accepted and my patience rewarded. Purchased for less than most of my repaired examples.
Moral of the story, if you see something that you really like. Be patient and respectful and you might wind up being a happy Grasshopper.

That’s a good win Bob, And a good lesson too…. I’m gonna say that’s a pretty rare bird in that condition, even with the box….I do like those you have brought back from the brink too though ….Restored dignity ready for duty again
