Interesting Charles. Foam board gave way to traditional ribs and stringers to work. His crash of his first model reminded me of Elon Musk's reaction to losing his latest rocket. Ok so we learned a lot. What's a billion or two.

every time he "went to dealer" and bought more carbon rod, i thought ? How much is this plane worth.
from a pure engineering solution point of view, its a fun project.
I'd have rather see the money go into a var, or a GIANT Cox engine, or something like that.

Yes, I’m sure a lot of weights and measures were involved, Very interesting from that perspective…. I had fun and learned a lot from rubber power many years ago…. The neat thing about trimming a rubber powered plane is that you can sneak up on the adjustments a little at a time

That was interesting and one big rubber power airplane , it came out looking pretty good after a lot of work /fun got to love his excitement !
