Cox Engine of The Month
After months of deliberation I finally picked up a Nissan 350Z coupe

After months of deliberation I finally picked up a Nissan 350Z coupe
to compliment my 350Z drop-top. Shown here with my under construction 1984 Mazda RX-7GSL-SE.
Love that car. Best functioning vehicle that I have ever owned. Everything fits and works exceptionally well. For me there will never be another that equals it. "One of the worlds ten best engines" - Ward's Automotive.
One owner before me. Lady driven. Perfect Carfax. Maintained by the same mechanic since she bought it at the local Nissan dealer.
But I also love the Coupe. Style is just right and grabs me visually. So i bought one. Got it yesterday via USPS.
Also bought my eleven year old Great Grand Son one; he mentioned a couple of weeks ago how much he liked mine. Bell went off.....Christmas. He gets the used 350Z stuffed with 20 $ bills....(The doors open). He would just toss the box anyways.
I told my son, give my full-scale to him when he turns 16. But Mark being the practical son that he is worries about insurance etc. etc..... Hang it. I remember driving my 1937 Ford coupe to school, then my powder blue 1950 Plymouth convertible. Can't put a price on those memories. BTW...I bought those cars myself using money I earned working on the chicken farm. No silver spoons here.

I'll bet $$ that it'll be you handing your Grandson the keys five years from now Robert.. you can tell him where you hid the wheels/tires after he's had some driving practice with a "beater"...
Re: After months of deliberation I finally picked up a Nissan 350Z coupe
......Maybe, but in five years I'll be 91 and knocking on the door, if it hadn't been answered already. Ok with me, I have never feared death besides I have a rainbow waiting for me on the other side. I am not sure where she is or how she is or even if she is. I just know that where-ever she is I will be there.
I was born into a Christian family, congregational protestant. Sunday church, Sunday school, Young peoples. My wife was not. At an early age I questioned religion. Too deep to be discussed here. My wife and I never attended church, but we followed Christian ideals and values. My wife never swore, never disparaged another, loved everybody and everybody loved her. Christian or not if there is a better place, she should be in it or there is no justice. We both lived the same lifestyles, she was perhaps the better at it.
I am an ashes-to-ashes guy, I believe in the gods of physics, math, and chemistry. Yet, I do not deny the existence of a God. It's possible but hard for me to digest. So many beliefs, so many religions, so much discontent, so much hate. Boggles the mind and I can't ascribe to it.
