Just had a quick shufty thru the usual suspects websites.
The consensus is this motor comes from 1961 which go's to show just
how inaccurate they can be.

Re: Medallion 15 RC engine
Great review, and ads from the 60's, loved the plastic rib sets available
from Williams Brothers.
Now my question:
Does anyone know if the carb body from the TD could be fitted to the
Medallion 15. Would like to fit a throttle and I imagine the throttle featured
in the review is ' Unobtanium' John

John the carb bodies are interchangeable, as the crank cases are identical. It might be easier to just fit the Medallion Cylinder to your TD. Those throttle/muffler assy's pop up on ebay more often then not.
I too enjoy reading these old articles, even 48yrs after it was written it's still exciting. I doubt we will be dredging up old articles for electric motors in 50yrs......

Thanks, I don't have the TD 15, just wanted to be sure before lashing out for a
carb body. Was going to fit one of Bernies carbs but now realise what a dumb
question it was cause Bernie only does the 0.049 one.
Will hold fire till I get the proper one on Ebay.
Thanks again John

MECOA has them for the .15 TD. Your hardest find will be the NVA.
