Re: Cardboard inserts+Instruction sheets
Thanks a lot, I appreciate the attention, I'll put it in the first post
But the quality is not very good, is it possible for you to increase the resolution to 600 dpi in PNG?

I've re-scanned this at 600 dpi, but at the moment Filesvr is refusing to upload it, keeps giving me "Error on page" do you have any other address that I can U/L it to? It may be that the Filesrv error is temporary, I'll try again later.
I have the Care & Operating sheet for the BW too, if it would be of any interest to members?

Yeah, you can upload that too, in 600 dpi also if possible, it can always help somebody needing a copy
You can use megaupload.com, I'll put it into Jacob's google afterwards

OK, here (I hope!) are the Black Window insert and both sides of the use & care leaflet
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=Q1U4MHRF Box Insert
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=1YREU070 Front of leaflet
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=8IJCDDTW Back of leaflet
All scanned 600dpi
I could have combined these in a .zip file, but I thought I'd keep it simple!

That's perfect Wilf, I'll clean up the image a bit, re-upload it and it'll be perfect! I'll transform the instruction sheets into a PDF, it's easier to download

Glad they're OK, if I'd known I would have U/L the instructions as a .pdf and saved you the trouble

Very nice there, I've made one too, but I must get hold of some slightly thicker card than I have, mine's come out a little flimsy. My (Original) Black Widow box also has a thicker card doubler behind the engine, I don't know if all Cox boxes had it, but it makes the insert stand much better in the box

Re: Cardboard inserts+Instruction sheets
For this doubler, I've cut a small piece of cardboard to size, using an original one as template... Without that, the insert starts to bend...
And for the insert & box, they were printed on thin sheets of paper, then glued to ticker one... That paper used for artistic drawing

Re: Cardboard inserts+Instruction sheets
Now, all we need is for some kind soul to upload the other inserts that you are looking for!

Does anyone have the insert for the .049 Medallion which they would be willing to upload for me please? Be much appreciated.

Yeah, but original ones would be better... Anyway, I'll try to make one as soon as I'm back home...

I'm now working on a SureStart insert...
EDIT: The only problem is, I can't find the product number of this engine...
Do you still need the product # ?

Yes, Surestart is 8901.
I could lend you an OEM Venom insert (or any other) if you promise to send it back
