okay i posted this in another category, and got no answers, maybe somebody will answer my question, i need to know when cox quit using tapered grind cylinders on there 049's and 051's?, and if you can tell the two apart(besides taking them apart of course)

thanks! i feel stupid for not looking, i would still like to know the exact year they quit using the tapered cylinders? that thread narrows it down a little bit though

A lot of things about Cox seem like they overlapped and can't be pinned down exactly to a time frame.
