Its got a metal backplate, thats good, slotted exhaust ports are kinda not so great. Hex drive plate not so great. I'd get it to use the parts.

It probably won't end at $50. If it were me I would buy a used one and buy a new cylinder. Much cheaper.

Re: Black Widow on E bay
I watch the cox sales on ebay very closely. I have noticed that some engines are actually decreasing in value. Texaco engines are decreasing and BWs too. The engines that keep going up are the .010 TeeDee, Killer Bees, and to some extent NIB .049 TeeDees. I think the .010s are going to continue going up in value, because people are actually buying them to use. Same with the Killer Bees. The original Black Widows in the Crystal Cases seem to be highly sought after too. Most of the other engines go up and down depending on who is bidding. Remember, it only takes two guys to spike the bid. Does anyone else notice this? Andy

Re: Black Widow on E bay
I stopped keeping tabs on .010's besides Jason B. owns them all anyway:DÂ
Haven't watched Bees much either, however the TD .049's are increasing as you mentioned.
