My Roger Harris Handles / Wheels
Got my order yesterday and am Very Happy with them !! yet the laser cut is a little crud the handles will need some light sanding around to keep the spider line from snagging , but that's no biggie ( I feel like I got a collectors item ) also got a maybe proto type of a nice clear handle but it had a problem getting here and has a broken place in it I think I can fix it with a pin and glue repair , but it is a more brittle material I am guessing .. Slide Show The Baby Clown is getting some this action . Thank You Roger . Eric

good to see you got everything. i have gone through and thickened up the clear handle file in areas that i felt need to be thicker since cutting the first couple. maybe i will add a bit more material....
the black delrin is tough stuff to cut especially at 1/4" thick. it requires multiple passes to get through it without melting and charring. this is why the edge is not nicer. the only thing i did was hit all the wholes with a counter sink to chamfer the edges. you can see how much nicer the acrylic cuts. single pass and a nice polished edge. i will send you a couple more clear ones once i am happy with the result.
