On top of Joey helping me to learn the art of combat, it turns out he's a CL history buff.... lol
We flew the fire baby today.  Wen-mac .049 with a square tipped wen-mac 6 inch prop. Rock solid flyer!

Cool Dane,

How on the earth did he get an .049 to 4/2 like that? I've done it, but it really zaps the power. The one in the video seems to have plenty of authority.

Damn, that is a pretty amazing engine run. I've never even considered to try it with an .049. But nowadays all of mine are on bladders, so it wouldn't be possible anyway. That was a good flight though, the way you were able to just stand there with your hand in your pocket, flying wingovers and loops without having to work at keeping it tight.

Thank you Dane, much can be understood here large prop low mass plane thin lean design for good function
with the engine NV set up for 4/2. This is 1/2A control line through knowledge of what works from
years gone by. Good old Jim Walker knew his chit.. wonderful thank you for sharing!!
