Engine going in my next project Sig 1/4 scale Cub!
Hi all though i'd share a pic of the engine going in my Sig 1/4 scale Cub which I will be starting on in late fall.
Ft160AR from ASP! I've had this engine for a while and has been stored away with the Cub kit untill now so here it is!
They have a definate aircraft sound with a nice loap at idle. Running video coming as soon as I can get a stand built for it!

Lol Hmm I might have something that could budge that a tiny bit... Hmmm let me hook my spare Rotax 582 to it! With enough HP anything could fly.roddie wrote:
Beautiful Engine Dave! Might I suggest a test-mount?
well... just sayin'....
I'm in the process of making up a stand for it and I should be able to do its first breaking run soon. Prop will be an APC 16x8 for break-in
