Nah mine is always full.
every time a new message comes in the oldest one deletes itself.

Nah mine is always full.

Yeah I have about 500 messages and you may only have 50 in your inbox at one time.

Is the title of your email saying "New Private Message has arrived on Cox Engines Forum" or "Topic Reply Notification - ....." or "FORUM Reply Notification - ......" or "A message has been sent to you on Cox Engines Forum"?

"New Private Message has arrived on Cox Engines Forum" -- Means you have received a new PM.


"Topic Reply Notification - ....." -- Means there has been a new post on a topic that you have created or posted in.


"FORUM Reply Notification - ......" -- Means there is a new topic posted in a forum section you are watching.


"A message has been sent to you on Cox Engines Forum" -- Means someone has used the email form to send you an email, these messages only show up in your email inbox and not in your PM box.


Go up to your Profile>Preferences then down to "Notify by e-mail when a new message has arrived in my inbox" select "NO" then save then go back and reselect "YES" and save again.

I did notice that auto-subscribe function seemed to be turned back on in the last week or so. Priviously, I would get thread notifications only if I manually subscribed.
