FOK 10 and Rossi 15 fleamarket find
Today's rare find from local fleamarket , paid decent ammount of money , but have two nice engines on my workbench.
Rossi 15 MK1 "Normale" 2.5cc (serial No 44) from 1967.with steel liner and F1c Free Flight porting , and FOK 10 , Hungarian 0.94cc little diesel, from 1963.
Rossi have good compression and turns smoothly , while FOK 10 looks as never been on the model or test bench.
Have few MK 3 Black headed ABC on few F1C models while i compete in Free Flight contests, 1980's. Later switched to Nelson's.
Despite i will never run diesel one , and probably not build a CL model for Rossi , i just couldn't resist to save both from falling in some non modellers hands.

Congrats Nenad, I had one of those Fok Gyem diesels some 45 years ago..a very nice engine once made here in Hungary. I learnt how to start a diesel on this FOK and can still feel the sugary smell of diesel fumes in my nose..nice memories.

Thanx Balogh,
Smell is strong trigger for memories.
I was bad with diesels, glow was always my preferred choice.
But remembered the Green headed FOK 25s from my local aero club used on CL models, in days when i joined the team, 1978.
They run smoothly and reliably, dragging training CL modells all day long on local airfield.
