It has just been brought to my attention that @Kim's photo (#9) had won Cox Engine of the Month back in June of 2020. Oops. It'll have to be disqualified. Sorry Kim.

For this month, I have changed the poll to allow "vote cancelling" so you can change your vote if you wish. I have also added one more day to the poll.

This is the first time that I have done it, clicked on the [PAST WINNERS] link https://www.coxengineforum.com/h18-cox-engine-of-the-month-past-winners just beneath the Cox Engine of the Month Winner photo on the left column of the desktop browser window.

It is neat to look at all the monthly winners, beginning with the contest's start in November 2011, @Jason_WI 's Olympic .15 Rotary Drum engine photo.

**VOTE-ON-THE-NEXT-COX-ENGINE-OF-THE-MONTH** (May 2024) Dscf1110

This contest has been active for the past 13 years. Clicking on each photo brings up a larger photo highlighting the winning engine. Also I have notice that to provide an even playing field and highlight Cox orginality, rules were further clarified to require as a basis, the original equipment manufacture (OEM) cylinders and crankcases. (However, what one does to "spiffy", color, polish, bead blast, tweak, enhance, etc., as long as still recognized as original is left to one's imagination. Very Happy )

If you have never done this, check it out, may give you inspiration of what comprises a winning engine photo, I believe you are in for a treat!
