I brake for Turtles....

While my son and I were working in the yard this morning we came across this turtle and Mark snapped a picture.
I accidently ran over it with the riding lawn mower last year and it scrapped it's shell leaving a pattern that I recognize. Turtles are beneficial and can live for 50 years. I respect all wild-life even the mouse that ran across my glove and the Black snake that slithered out of the brush pile that I was moving yesterday,
So, I just bought this sign to hang on the back of my Cub Cadet as a warning to all following me...............
But, I have been known to dispatch mice in the remote garage and a Copperhead or two here in West Virginia. A few Rattle snakes in Florida also. Little Pigmy rattlers and a couple of six foot +(no kidding) Eastern Diamondbacks in my Florida back yard.
