The car in the song Life is a Highway is a 1965 Chevy Impala Super Sport.
The SS had console and buckets, rally rims. The only way I could tell 65 from 66 was the taillights. 65 had three round lens each side 66 was one piece lens. Owned a few from the era.

What are you seeing on this link Dave?  While it has "marty%20robbins" in the address, it goes to the Petersons.  
So, is it the Petersons you are seeing?  Can't go wrong with them.  They do some incredibly nice covers, plus a lot of their own Gospel stuff.  Well worth a listen.  As for Mandolin, the youngest Peterson sister doesn't actually do very much on it.  More or less just a stage prop, but having all the other stuff fills the gaps.  I personally love the Dobro.
Our band has a pretty snappy mandolin player.  We're in the process of getting some clips of us on YouTube.

Marty Stuart, yes he is just too good!  He does a lot on PBS.

But.........Dr. Zhivago perhaps my favorite movie.  The opening, icy branches claw at the window, the frozen steps or Russia, a funeral.  Casket frames a beautiful woman in white lace being laid to rest.  And the music.........the Balalaik.

 The ending at the power dam.........Does she play the Balalaik?  "She's an artist"....Zhivago's brother responds.......Ah...It's a gift.
