Swap Meet Yesterday
Well i got up on time but couldn't make the early morning attack for some stuff i probably dont need , Got there around 11.oo am and was still quite a few mind like people there . I was thinking another plane RC because that is where i want to go next !?? , but did not see any really old time floaters , talk to some really nice folks though and picked up some hardware a computer radio i have been wanting to get and some good old aero paint , no thinner but i have some soo .. any way no pics from the show but here's what i came home with ..
I got out for 100 or so The guy i bought the radio from had a bunch of engines some good some not but one box had .10 and .20s TD new in the Box some plastic encased , i ask him how much .. >> 200 apiece heck he had some outboard engines too K&B i think 200- man he was stuck on that price LOL Had one geared twin ( i didn't even ask) I did get the Spectrum for 65- though he wanted 75 - batts, were dead charged them last night and she works !! Kinda glad i didn't get there any sooner you know what i mean .

Good stuff Eric.
I think my son has that same transmitter. Programmable, it can control up to six receivers bind and fly.

Looks like a nice “Mess-0-Stuff”. Paint, hardware, brushes, all stuff you’ll need, for sure.
Good deal on the radio. Yeah, I like it when the new stuff comes out and the “was new last year” stuff gets sold for reasonable prices. I’d like a radio that would control 6 or 7 airplanes/cars. When I start pricing replacement batteries for my 15yr old Futabas at $25- 45 each, those new BNF start to look reasonable!

Good work Eric, Swap meets are where it’s at. I picked up a stupid amount of .010 and .020 heads about a month ago at a local swap.

Nice haul. That radio is very nice. That is one of two I have, and it is my first computer radio, and very easy to program. My other is a Dx5e my ol lady bought me for christmas a long time ago....
