I wrote to PM Model about it, however they can't send abroad. They exports kits to Germany under SIVA brand, but no direct order from PM Model. Now I wrote to Hobby Time and waiting reply. I also will call them tomorrow -today is Sunday- and inform you.
I didn't start yet because I have building a plastic model kit. It is Fiat G91 PAN aerobatic plane, 1/48 th scale made by Italeri.

Hi Eric, I phoned to them and they informed that their worldwide web site is:
https://hobbytimemodelkits.com/
They also informed that, Magister kit will be included to their web site very today. Not shown on sale yet. Please check it.
Mail cost probably will be approximately 35 USD from Turkey to your address.

Thanks for going through trouble to get the information , I will have to do some thinking on that Nice Kit but I just hate it when the S&H eats up more than the cost of the product If I were to build a stick and tissue model it needs to bee pretty inexpensive for the first one / maybe more than I can do in the skill level .

Re: Miles Magister Rubber Powered Model
Long time ago, we had International Seamail. Shipping then would take may be a month to six weeks, but it was affordable. One would send an International Money Order, which was honored by the store in a foreign nation to which it was purchased from without banking delay (to clear).
Back in the early 1970's, I was into photography. I ordered the new and fantastic lightweight and smaller Olympus 35mm OM-1 camera and a few lenses from T.M. Chan in Hong Kong. They advertised in the various photography magazines of the time. It was a bit more to have it International air shipped, but still even costs considering with import tax, was cheaper than buying from U.S. sources.
Still a soldier (er, bandsman ) in Hawaii, I had a camera that was then lighter in weight but considered the top of the line, basically equal to the Nikon F-1 and Canon's top offering. Plus, I had my own apartment darkroom (the bathroom) with enlarger.
I used Seamail then to buy model airplane kits and supplies from the mainland (continental) U.S. (America's Hobby Center, Polk, Penn Valley Hobby Center, etc.) Given that it was considerably cheaper than Airmail (took a month from mailing the letter with money order to receiving the package), we learned to wait patiently.
Those were the days.

Once upon a time there was a tavern
Where we used to raise a glass or two
Remember how we laughed away the hours
And dreamed of all the great things we would do
Those were the days my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we choose
We'd fight and never lose
For we were young and sure to have our way.
La la la la...
Then the busy years went rushing by us
We lost our starry notions on the way
If by chance I'd see you in the tavern
We'd smile at one another and we'd say
Those were the days my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we choose
We'd fight and never lose
Those were the days, oh yes those were the days
La la la la...
Just tonight I stood before the tavern
Nothing seemed the way it used to be
In the glass I saw a strange reflection
Was that lonely woman really me
Those were the days my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we choose
We'd fight and never lose
Those were the days, oh yes those were the days
La la la la...
Through the door there came familiar laughter
I saw your face and heard you call my name
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same
Those were the days my friend
We thought they'd never end
We'd sing and dance forever and a day
We'd live the life we choose
We'd fight and never lose
Those were the days, oh yes those were the days
La la la la...
