Reginald Luycx did it.
It is not a tee dee .010 but a teedee .020 I looked into it a few times "ideeman" met the guy who made it and saw it.
I believe it does not run, well it didn't the last time I checked.

Just incase you were wondering, the smallest fourstroke engine is this.
